The Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) led by Abdelwahid al-Nur yesterday condemned the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) after a “cowardly” and “treacherous” ambush of a convoy near al-Fasher, which resulted in the killing, capture, and injury of several of the movement’s troops.
RSF were able to seize a number of supply trucks and pickup trucks, while the SLM said that its force that was attacked was not a combat force, but rather an administrative unit with a limited number of guards, coming from Dar Meidob.
